The User Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Lesson contracts, possibility of changing Lesson times, handling of refunds for cancellations, etc will be covered in this "Cancellation Policy (for Users), hereinafter referred to as "this Policy".Unless otherwise specified in this Policy, the definitions of terms in this policy shall be based on the definition of the "User Agreement" which is defined separately by this company.

1.After applying for a Lesson contract, the User will be able to cancel their Lesson without penalty until the Instructor approves the contract via e-mail. If the Contract application is terminated during this time, any fees paid by the User for that lesson will be reimbursed.

2. Up to 24 hours before the start of a Lesson, the User can still cancel a Lesson contract without penalty. In addition, the User can request the Lesson time change from the Instructor without incurring any penalties. In an instance where the User cancels a lesson up to 24 hours before a lesson, payments made can be put towards other lessons, or reimbursed. Please contact us for further information about this.

3. Cancellations within 24 hours of the Lesson starting time can be made by the User should the following stipulations be met.If a Contract is cancelled after it is established, a cancellation fee will be deducted from the User's Account. After the Instructor informs the User about the cancellation fee, in case the User has a complaint it should be submitted to the Instructor within three days of the Lesson date (day of the lesson included) and the User and the Instructor should negotiate during this time period. If the User or the Instructor have a complaint about the cancellation fee they should inform the Office within the three days of the Lesson date (day of the Lesson included). If the negotiations did not occur the Instructor will be paid the cancellation fee and the User will not have the right to dispute the decision.

4. In either case, we recommend that the User first contacts the Instructor and the Company to inform them of the cancellation.

5. Any matters that are not stipulated in this policy will be stated separately in the latest "User Agreement".
